This is a business of passion that bites you and never lets go. For me, it all started at 13 when I discovered a small company like my own loading out a show. I jumped into the load out and before I knew it the job was done and I had a broken toe. That broken toe has stuck with me in the form of a boy's dream that has grown into a career.

I continued to work for that company and got connected with local union crews. I was a sponge who followed crews as they passed through town so I could learn everything possible. This attention to detail and constant inquiry opened a door with one of the largest companies at the time, Showco. They took a chance on a kid straight out of high school who learned their gear from the road guys. I haven't looked back as I have toured the world with artists from Cyndi Lauper to Prince in positions from patch guy to production manager.

I have been privileged to live my dreams and meet amazing people. I now commit myself to continuing to learn, to meet more people, and to serve this region with the best value and service I can.

It all began in 1995 when in Middletown we started offering audio reinforcement to local acts and festivals. Two years later we dove into the touring market regionally and nationally with a wide range of artists. Rettich Production’s progressive growth caught the attention of both local and regional promoters.

This allowed us to enter the market of special events, and business theatrical where we quickly gained recognition for our superior equipment and impressive list of services we provided to our clients.
